Vedanta Limited will hold a meeting of its Committee of Directors on Friday, September 18, 2026, to consider a proposal for the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The proposed issuance follows a resolution passed by the Board of Directors on May 29, 2026.
